DISC BLADES
Disc blades assist in performing primary and secondary tillage operations on farms. The larger diameter disc blades cause heavy soil disturbance and chop residue to incorporate it into the soil. Whereas, smaller diameter disc blades smoothen and pulverize the soil for seedbed preparation.
Cultivatus Tools line of concave discs are available in variety of designs and sizes. The disc blades feature plain and notched patterns. The notched patterns are more aggressive with turning the soil. The blades are available in Boron and High Carbon Steel which is carefully selected and heat treated for quality and durability throughout its lifecycle.

COULTER BLADES
Coulter blades assist with cutting crop residue and seeding applications. Coulter blades provide great soil penetration and cutting ability with minimum soil disturbance. The degree of soil disturbance increases with rippled and wavy coulters.
